At Collars & Crown, we value your satisfaction and strive to make every shopping experience enjoyable. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and compliant with international consumer standards.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:
- Condition: The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our official website, collarsandcrown.com.
- Exclusions: Sale or discounted products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective on delivery.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items: Collars & Crown will bear all return shipping costs.
Customer remorse (change of mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size (where not a sizing chart error), or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@collarsandcrown.com.
- Include your Order Number, reason for return, and high-quality photographs if the item is damaged.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for your region (NZ, CA, UK, UAE, PK, or US).
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability. Please specify your exchange preference when contacting info@collarsandcrown.com. We will guide you through the process to help you receive your replacement promptly.
